About
We are a queer owned and run bakery specializing in baked goods made with mochi (otherwise called sweet rice) flour instead of traditional wheat flour. Our treats are inspired by Hawaiian butter mochi, which blends mochi flour with traditional American staples: butter, eggs and sugar. This produces baked goods that appear traditional but have the delightful chewy texture of mochi. We bake using vegan butter and oat milk, keeping our products dairy free.
